Wait for Ms. Jessa to give you your schedule for reporting to the UNO office.The usual schedule is as follows:DAY BEFORE REPORTING TO OFFICE
Please do the following:
1. For Men: 2x2 Haircut
2. For Women: Pregnancy Test (Serum)REPORT TO OFFICE
1. Report to UNO Office on the date given by Ms. Jessa
Office Address: 867 A.P. BLDG., M.F. JHOCSON ST. COR. ESPAÑA, SAMPALOC, MANILA
2. Bring your luggage and the complete documents listed in the checklist.
3. Distribution of documents.
4. Bring your guarantor on the day you report to the UNO office.
HOW TO GET YOUR OVERSEAS EMPLOYMENT CERTIFICATE (OEC)?
To get your OEC, please wait for the schedule and advisory from the Documentations Officer assigned to you via your Facebook group chat.

• For the Balik Manggagawang SSW who are on vacation in the Philippines and have not yet finished their contract in Japan.

Under the Balik Manggagawa program, you can now get your OEC online. Just visit the DMW website to get your document.

Additional Information

① Pag-ibig Form
Read the form carefully and fill it out with the correct information. You need a Pag-Ibig Number for e-Registration.
② E-Registration Tutorial
This E-Reg Tutorial has three parts:

(3) What to do if there’s a problem with E-RegIf you understand the process, proceed to e-registration and click the link below.
! Without TIO: Balik Manggagawa
Ask the Operations Department if you have a TIO or not. If you don't have a TIO, watch the tutorial video in ② about Balik Manggagawa. Save and print the OEC Balik Manggagawa and send it to the group chat.
! With TIO: OEC
If you have TIO, the Documentations Division will handle your OEC. Please coordinate with your assigned Documentations Officer.
③ PEOS Certificate
If you understand the process, proceed to PEOS and click the link below. Send the PEOS certificate to the group chat with the Operations Department.
④ PhilHealth Form
Read the form carefully and fill in the correct information.
⑤ Insurance Form
